Temporary Pathologists' Assistant

A University setting with 2 Full-time PAs and 1 grossing histotechnologist.

*9:00AM - 5:30PM shift, Monday through Friday

~20,000 specimens per year ranging from biopsies to complex oncologic resections (high volume breast, Whipple, ENT)

Frozens - residents are responsible for frozen sections, PAs assist when necessary, some autopsies

Software used: Voicebrook and Cerner Millennium
